RMC - Rocky Mountain Consultery is a mountain west region-based organization teaching tactics to law enforcement. RMC leadership is exclusively comprised of OTC & SFARTIC graduates with proven real-world experience as Operators and Commanders conducting the tactics they have successfully taught to top federal & local law enforcement organizations. In addition to their Army Special Operations experience, they have current law enforcement tactical team member experience utilizing these same tactics they used and teach. Combining Army Special Operations experience and current tactical law enforcement membership brings relevant and cutting-edge best practices to law enforcement. 

RMC's tactics are aimed at increasing officer survival while seamlessly blending critical law enforcement elements including limited use of force considerations, legal requirements & constraints, along with applicable case law requirements. This creates a scalable and deployable sweet of tactics applicable for high-risk arrest and search warrant service, barricaded subjects, and hostage rescue & active violence situations. These tactics dovetail seamlessly into the complementary patrol tactics while decreasing the required training time. RMC's courses include tactical team interior structural movement, structure clearing for patrol officers, linear target takedown, tactical team leadership, team leader & mission planning development, tactical team standard operating procedures (SOP) development, firearms marksmanship programs, firearms instructor development programs, and tactical night vision applications.
